The Forest comes to Us Week 2

Dear Families,
I hope by the time you read this, you will be enjoying your Spring Break and making memories with your children. Winter should be behind us now and we will be setting our eyes on the Spring weather, and enjoying outdoor activities. Spring is also a time to see where your child has been and look at the progress he/she has made since the Fall. Some of our students are ready to fly out of the nest and move on to Kindergarten!
Make sure that you sign up for the Spring conferences! You will find a sign-up sheet on the left side of the hallway wall near my door.
We will continue with the theme of the Forest and continue with the same vocabulary words from last week.
Here is a Peek of the Week:
Monday- No School due to teacher work day.

Tuesday- We will have fun making some crazy snakes!

Wednesday- We will make an edible Deer face complete with antlers!

Thursday- Preparing for a hike! As a group we will pack a back pack with all the necessities for hiking through a forest.

Friday- As a large group we will experience camping and also make a favorite campfire snack!
